Work with me
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
Grief is not a problem to be solved. But it is something you can move through with the right support, the right framework, and someone who truly understands what it means to grieve as someone who keeps showing up for everyone else. If you are a high achiever, a professional, a person of faith, someone who is used to finding answers, you already know that grief doesn’t respond to effort alone. That’s why everything Dr Ezi offers is designed specifically for people like you.
What Working With Dr. Ezi Looks Like
Three Ways to Find Your Way Through
πΏ Option 1: The Group Coaching Programme
Guided. Structured. Held together.
This is a small-group coaching experience for high achievers who are ready to move through grief with clarity and genuine support. You won’t be asked to perform your pain or rush your healing. Instead, you’ll work through a structured, research-grounded process alongside others who understand exactly what it means to grieve quietly while keeping life going.
What’s included:
- Structured grief recovery sessions over several weeks
- Live group calls with Dr Ezi
- Pre and post assessments and way forward plans
- Frameworks drawn from psychology and human development research
- Space for faith, honesty, and real conversation
Who this is for: High achievers, professionals, and Christians who want community, accountability, and expert guidance as they process loss.

What you’ll get:
- Step-by-step modules guiding you through the grief recovery process
- Video lessons from Dr Ezi
- Reflective exercises and journaling prompts
- Lifetime access, revisit whenever you need
- Content rooted in the psychology of human development and faith-based approaches to healing
Who this is for: Anyone who needs flexibility, privacy, or isn’t quite ready for a group setting β but is ready to begin.

Receive personalised, research-informed written guidance tailored to where you are in your grief journey. No time pressure. No performance. Just honest, compassionate support delivered with care.
Who this is for: People who prefer writing to speaking, those in different time zones, or anyone who needs a gentle first step.

Why Dr Ezi
Why work with Dr. Ezi?
Dr. Ezi Az’Fredrick holds a PhD in Psychology and is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society. She has spent over a decade as a senior academic teaching the Psychology of Human Development, and she has navigated profound personal grief and emerged fully recovered.
Hearty Talk was not built from theory alone. It was built from lived experience, academic depth, and personal faith because Dr Ezi knows what it is to grieve as a high achiever, to keep showing up while something inside you has gone still.
That is the difference here. She is not just credentialled. She has been where you are.
A gentle note before you reach out
Hearty Talk offers research-informed educational content and grief coaching, not therapy or clinical treatment. Dr Ezi is a research psychologist, academic, and certified grief coach. Her work is for people who are ready to move through grief with clarity and support, not in acute crisis requiring clinical care.
If you are in crisis, please reach out to a qualified mental health professional or crisis service in your area.
Ready to take the next step?
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you reach out. Just tell Dr Ezi where you are, and she’ll help you find the right path forward.
