Work with me

You Have Already Proven You Can Push Through.

This Is About Learning to Move Through.

Grief does not respond to effort.

You have probably already tried. More work. A fuller schedule. Handling it later, when there’s time. And from the outside it looks like it worked — you’re still delivering, still showing up, still the person everyone relies on.

Inside, nothing has moved.

That is not a failure of discipline. It is what happens when competence meets loss: the better you function, the deeper it goes, and the less anyone thinks to ask, including you.

There is a structured way through. It was built for people who are very good at being fine.

One Clear Next Step

The Grief to Glow Challenge

Three days. Live. $97.

A live virtual working session built on Dr Ezi’s research-grounded frameworks.

Day 1 — Face It: Get accurate about what you have actually been carrying. You’ll learn the Grief Loop — the pattern grief moves through when it isn’t moved through on purpose — and locate exactly where you are on it. Precision is the first relief.

Day 2 — Feel It: The thing you have been avoiding, done in ten minutes. Contained, on purpose, together. This is the piece that doesn’t get done alone — not because you’re not capable, but because it isn’t that kind of work.

Day 3 — Forge It: You leave with something in your hand that you did not have when you arrived. Something concrete, that you keep, and that starts the next stretch of the work.

What you leave with

— A precise map of your own grief pattern, and where you are stuck on it.

— The experience of moving through something you have been managing around for a long time.

— Something in writing that you keep, and build from.

Who This Is For

This is for you if:

— You are carrying real responsibility

— at work, at home, or both while carrying a loss.

— The strategies that solve everything else in your life are not touching this one.

— You are ready to be precise about it, with someone qualified to hold that.

— You want rigour, not platitudes. A framework, not a hug.

Who This Is Not For

This is not crisis support, and it is not a substitute for therapy. If your loss is very recent, within the last few weeks, this container may not be the right one yet. It is built for grief that has gone quiet and stayed that way. That work will still be here when you are ready for it.
